Customised In-Salon Training Program

 

* EHE customised training days start at $2200 per day (plus gst) plus resources if required

* You can book just 1 day or a total annual program.

 

Objective:

• To hone the skills of the current seniors and provide them with current fashion techniques, knowledge and inspiration, that will strengthen the overall standard of hairdressing within the salon.
• To Increase the Skill Level of your apprentices and School Based juniors and to enable them to commence generating income as soon as possible
• To develop an in salon Skills and Management System that will enable Smooth salon operation with a lower on the floor commitment from the owner and manager and increase the salon sale value.

 

Benefits:

Increasing and standardising the skill level of all staff members will provide,

• Additional income for the salon
• Provide flexibility within the salon during peak times, when Staff are on holidays, or when Staff are ill.
• Enable smooth transition for clients from senior staff to your junior staff when senior staff cease their employment with you
• Begin the development of an on going education culture that will maintain the high standards within your salon

 

Commitment:

• EHE will provide the salon with workbooks and natural hair mannequins for cutting workshops.
• EHE provide Mannequins for Upstyle workshops, occasionally stylists own models are required.
• Each Apprentice will receive an action plan to complete before the next workshop
• The tasks in the action plan will need to be assessed by an appointed staff member
• EHE will follow up with each staff apprentice between workshops.
• Some workshops will be conducted in the salon others may be conducted at an external venue that EHE will arrange.
• Workshops run for approximately 6 to 7 hours and may be scheduled for afternoon / evening 3-9pm or during the day 9-4
• depending on the venue and requirements of the workshop

Program One: (Also included in program Two & Three)

 

Senior Program

• 1 Day Freehand & Disconnected Cutting Workshop encompassing new fashion trends
• 1 Day Celebrity / Red carpet Long Hair Fashion Workshop for all senior staff & Apprentices

Apprentice Program:

• 3 Day Cutting Boot Camp for Apprentices and seniors if required
• 1 Day Basic upstyle Workshop for all Apprentices as required
• 1 Day Customised Upstyle Workshop Apprentices (Fashion Trends & Bridal Techniques)

 

Program Two:

Skill Manuals plus in salon training

• In addition to all the components of option one include the following
• Skill based training Manuals (Basic Training, Apprentice Training Manual 1 and 2)
• Two Additional salon Training / implementation days
• One Addition Day for Customising your manuals to your Standards and Procedures.

 

 

Program Three:

In addition to all components of option One @ Two,

• Manager's Procedures and Policy Manual
• Staff Terms and Conditions of Employment and Induction Manual
• Staff Appraisal Module
• Two Addition Salon Manual Customising days
• Two Additional salon Training / implementation days

 

Your Investment:

One off single days cost $2200 plus gst, travel and accomodation if required. The cost of the plan will depend on your individual needs, we can prepared a weekly payment plan or monthly or quarterly installments, we will develop an arrangement that suits your needs.
