Essential Boot Camp Cutting 2Day Workshop

The objective of our cutting bootcamp:

1) To have your apprentices on the floor generating income as soon as possible

2) Ensure your apprentices have a thorough grounding and understanding of essential cutting techniques

3) Give apprentices the confidence and underpinning knowledge to understand and action your clients request.

We will conduct a training needs analysis on each student upon confirmation of their booking. Identifying each students training requirement allows us to personalize and customized learning outcomes at each bootcamp. At the boot camp each student will receive a workbook, mannequin heads and a training action plan to take back to the salon.

Duration: 2 day workshop 9 am until 4:30pm

Content: This 2 day workshop is specifically designed for students needing confidence in their own cutting ability. Each student will get a personalised training needs analysis from Kylie via Phone, Kylie will then tailor a 2 day cutting program specifically for the individuals needs. All teaching will be step by step on mannequin heads. 6 haircuts with personalising techniques will be taught. The last part of day two will see Kylie present her consultation procedure that is a proven formula to assist each student with recommendation of the correct haircut, colour, retail and rebooking with each client in a non pressured professional way.

Who should attend: All students who have completed Essential foundation cutting or students with some foundation cutting experience. Ideal for 2nd or 3rd year apprentices and 1st year out senior stylists not yet confident in cutting and needing to be pushed to the next level.

 Investment: $750 plus gst for payment 7 days prior to course and for payment plans ($250 deposit required) Students attending this workshop will be given reduced rates to the followup workshop (ie Men's and Ladies Short hair Cutting) .
